Shasta loves eating (as the list of all the crazy things she's chewed/consumed we have posted on our wall can attest to). She loves it so much she can barely contain herself waiting for meals. In this video Jim's getting her breakfast in the garage and she's "patiently" waiting...and practicing for the Olympic highjump!

I'm thinking she could jump to the top of the fridge if she wanted to! Do her ankles have springs? :P
I've got to agree. She could get up on the counter without even trying. Is she part cat?
She can, and does get on the counter without even trying. And she watches the cat do everything cats do- jump on counters, for instance, or curl up on the back of the couch in front of the window, or swat with her claws and copies. What can I say, she wants to be like her sister (the awkward dog swatting like a cat is really funny)!
